Refund Policy
1. Introduction
We value the trust of our Users. In order to honour that trust, we have created this refund policy (“Policy”) to work in a transparent manner. Please read the policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any service you avail from us.
2. Cancellation Requests
The Company, at its sole discretion, may cancel any Subscription(s) under the following circumstances:
- If it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction.
- If it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction not following the Terms of Use.
- In case of unavailability of a service.
- For any reason outside the control of the Company.
- If the Company does not want to do business with the User.
The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Users and reserves the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any Subscription placed by them in the future.
3. User Refund
A User can opt for availing the Services for payment of a non-refundable amount. The payment made by the User is non-refundable once the User has registered for the Services.
However, payments made by the Users using the Platform are refundable under the following circumstances:
- If the User made an extra payment by mistake, the remaining amount will be returned to the User.
- Our streamlined system ensures that refunds are promptly credited to customers’ bank accounts within 5-7 working days.
- All refunds will be remitted via Bank, payment gateways, and any UPI payments (Google Pay, Paytm, etc.).
Please note that the Company will not be able to refund any third-party payment gateway charges incurred at the time of payment. Further, the Company may deduct any transaction fee incurred for reversing the transaction.
